Recently, the Ministry of Science and Technology announced the review results for National Foreign Expert Project in 2021. TYK Medicines has two projects that were shortlisted for the High-end Foreign Expert Recruitment Program, which were “Targeted Therapy Innovative Drug TY-9591 for Small Cell Lung Cancer” led by Dr. Yusheng Wu and “Targeted Therapy Innovative Drug TY-302 for Lung Cancer” led by Dr. Jun Li, with 400,000-yuan funding for each project. This is the first time that TYK Medicines was awarded for two individual “National Foreign Expert Project”, which further promote communication and corporation with overseas well-known institutions and experts; also, this will facilitate the introduction of high-end talents, which significantly enhance the targeted innovative drug research and development capabilities of our company.

The “National Foreign Expert Project” was the major national strategy for introducing high-end talent established by the Ministry of Science and Technology to promote international corporation and innovation, and to accelerate fostering the high-end foreign expert team. The successful establishment of the “National Foreign Expert Project” of our company is a manifestation of the in-depth implementation of the internationalization strategy, the continuous promotion of high-quality international cooperation in scientific research, and the strengthening of the construction of an international talent force in scientific research.
